Job Description:

1. Coordinate various compensation-related activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for Grundfos India.

2. Calculate overtime, shift payments, employee bonuses, and prepare payments for social contributions, individual taxes, and tax settlements or any other payroll-related processes.

3. Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

4. Prepare and support the annual merit increase and annual bonus payout processes.

5. Participate in regional payroll process reviews and system consolidation projects.

6. Collaborate closely with the payroll operation center to maintain high-quality payroll data.

7. Continuously enhance the payroll operation processes for efficiency and accuracy.

8. Undertake other projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree combined with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a payroll function for an Indian company with 500+ employees.
– Ability to independently process payroll.
– Understanding of global processes.
– Expertise in local labor laws and tax legislation.
– Experience with SAP.
– Strong communication skills in English.
