Metrics Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements thoroughly.
2. Design, test, and validate logic for new metric solutions.
3. Conduct deep data analysis across various datasets to validate logic.
4. Interact directly with Architects, FTDs (Functional Test Designers), Support, Technology, and Operations teams, coordinating work with colleagues in Poland.
5. Maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions to facilitate support and information sharing across departments.
6. Apply strong numerical expertise to translate data into clear business language.
7. Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, promptly addressing inquiries.
8. Demonstrate a client-service orientation and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications:

• Possess 2-4 years of analytical experience at a large company, focusing on data or databases.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL.
• Preferred experience in using R or Python in daily work.
• Familiarity with Scala programming language and Business Intelligence tool MicroStrategy is advantageous.
