- Responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring, reporting, and analysis of performance quality within the Operations department.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives such as Quality Walk, Quality Focus Meetings, Root Cause Analysis, and Operational Excellence programs as needed.
- Collaborate with the quality team to report on first-time-right and cycle time metrics, working closely with Operations to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of issues to senior stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide expert advice to the BAU team on complex queries, ensuring adequate testing and workarounds before escalation to the Enablement team.
- Maintain strong relationships with Enablement and Operations leaders to uphold high standards of quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Possess deep understanding and practical knowledge of systems, functions, and capabilities related to item coding.
- Identify and implement innovations and industry trends within assigned categories, ensuring compliance with NielsenIQ coding rules and data structures.
